And so it begins

Dreams.  The sum of hope and fear divided by the future.  That's math I can get behind.  I decided to start this blog for no other reason than to make sure I don't forget that dreams are the propulsion of creativity, the engine of the imagination and a thousand other quips, cliches and pithy remarks that also happen to be true.  If I update, when I update, I'll add what I can.

When I had children I really stopped dreaming about my own future, because it seemed less relevant and less interesting.  Now I dream about their future, and what I see scares me probably exactly as it has scared every parent all the way back.  What will their world look like?  Will they be happy?  Will they even survive?  I try to teach my children that fear can be productive, panic can't.

So let's see what I can make from fear.
